Hyaku Shiki Unknown Collection Bandai

I got this little guy for just a few dollars at a con, a booth had capsule machines. The capsule came with a QR code to scan to get to a (Japanese only) website with all of the currently available instruction manuals to various gunplas, not including this one. It was fine, I just referenced a similarly shaped model to avoid any egregious errors, it's a straight forward kit. For how small/cheap it was, I'm pretty impressed at the sculpting detail. It's made of a firm, rubbery plastic. I don't know if all gashapon gundams are like this (to make those tiny parts sturdier?) or if this specific one was to avoid gold plastic syndrome. It came with one of those triangular between-the-legs stands. Since the plastic is rubbery, it holds poses fantastically.
